I had booked for the long weekend in the hotel and stayed in room 618 until October 13. I left a pair of earrings on the night table beside the bed. The earrings are of no money value, however, they were a gift from my daughter and, therefore, have sentimental value. I called the hotel to see if they were found and unfortunately they have not been located. It may have been missed as they are small and the night table was clean, so I’m not sure if the staff would have found the. If the earrings are located by staff or guests, I would be so grateful! I am offering a gift in return for the earrings! I posted a picture of how the earrings look. Please message here if they are found. I will keep checking!Guest UserAugust 22, 2024Great room, very spacious with 2 double beds, sofa chair, and fireplace! Check in staff very courteous. Beds are comfortable. New carpet being installed on gaming floor. Steakhouse is great. Pool sauna and steam room very relaxing. Spa for wife was relaxing as well. All saying was a good trip. Going back in the fall. Am telling all my friends to go as well.Guest UserFebruary 20, 2024First the positives. Staff was great, when you could find one. Food at St. Germaines was great as was the Yard House. Staff were great in both places. We stayed in the Club Section of the hotel. Room was great but could use a little upgrade. Now for the downside. There is no room service, so if you want to dine in your room you have to go to one of the restaurants and get doggie bags to bring back. WE stayed 2 nights. After the first night at around 4:00 i phoned and asked when we could expect house keeping. They told me I needed to request it, but they would look into it. A couple of minutes later, the front desk called me and said they weren’t doing housekeeping that day as the has staff shortages. All we needed was clean towels and refresh the coffee. They did send that within 15 minutes. It did dawn on me that throughout the day we never saw any housekeeping staff anywhere on the 8th floor. I would think that if they had issues, they would advise people staying there that there was an issue.
