24-hour valet parking is available at the main Casino entrance from Friday 10am – Monday 2am. $17 (including HST) for cash paying customers. Gold and above My Club Reward members may use casino valet parking free of charge. Hotel Valet is available for registered hotel guests.

The casino closed in March due to the novel coronavirus pandemic and hasn’t reopened since. Casino Rama Resort has reopened and is back to “business as usual” after the property was evacuated on Wednesday afternoon following an anonymous bomb threat.

The Casino floor is only open to ages 19 and over. The unfortunate part is, a few of the restaurants are off of the casino floor, so they are also 19 and over. This limits families with younger children.١٨‏/٠٢‏/٢٠١٤

Casino Rama is proud to be a fully accessible facility including access to dining, gaming, hotel, spa, entertainment and washroom facilities. Entertainment Centre: Accessible seating is available for all performances on a limited basis.

Casino Rama temporarily closed on March 16, 2020, due to COVID-19 regulations, announcing its reopening in the light of the COVID-19 situation at the beginning of July 2021 and reopened on July 29.
